Good Understanding/experience on Genesys Framework components deployment (GRT, Rules etc) & different component layersUnderstanding of architecture and design principles across all systems Strong core Java with Proficiency in one or more programming languages with hands on Java/J2EE/Spring Framework & REST Web service Implementation experience.Must have hanled atleast one contact center project and with sizable teamGenesys contact ceter products knowledge and whole contact center domain knowledge.
