job summary:Randstad is seeking a Principal Backend Engineers who loves backend engineering and have been recognized as leaders in past roles! You are excited to work in a Node codebase.The ideal candidate will have had 3 or 4 years of experience with at least one company and grown within the organization, demonstrating both loyalty and leadership. You will join the backend team at the very early stages of the company (as the 11th backend engineer) and will have all the excitement and accountability that comes from joining a fast-growing, well funded, Los Angeles startup. location: Los Angeles, Californiajob type: Permanentsalary: $165,000 - 180,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: No Degree Required responsibilities:Our client's team includes the 3rd designer of Facebook, one of the first 10 engineers at Venmo, the PM who launched the like button, the engineer who founded Flipagram and a lot of other amazing people. A great candidate is excited to support the client team's initiatives in messaging, connecting, and local based maps initiatives. They are diligent and designs software architecture in a scalable manner.
