job summary:Franklin, WI - ContractHelpdesk AnalystOur client's location in the Southwestern suburbs of Milwaukee is seeking a Helpdesk/Desktop Support person. This person will be responsible for the onsite support(most remote during COVID) and helpdesk support of the employees nationwide. The most successful candidates bring Windows and A+ experience with Customer Service focus. location: Franklin, Wisconsinjob type: Contractsalary: $18 - 24 per hourwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: Associates responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 Service Desk/Desktop Support for all client technical issues.
  • Provides local and remote technical support including, but not limited to:
  • Password re-sets and unlock LAN accounts
  • Remote desktop support
  • Install and configure software and hardware on workstations - depends
  • Computer software installation and deployment -
  • Phone and e-mail technical support
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, systems software, and network problems
  • Incident Management Documentation
  • Monitoring, tracking, and communications throughout the lifecycle of an incident or service request.
  • Classification and initial support
  • Investigation and diagnosis
  • Resolution and recovery
  • Ability to lift/move computers, peripheral equipment and supplies (?50Lbs)
  • Domestic travel required (?10%
  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 4 years of experience
  • Education: Associates
  • CompTIA A+
  • Customer Service
