Senior Project Development Manager

A Boutique Brooklyn-based development firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our exciting NYC projects — from permit through Certificate of Occupancy. Projects include retail, hospitality, Office and entertainment developments.

You will lead the construction process on-site, coordinate with contractors, architects, and NYC agencies, and keep projects safe, compliant, on budget, and on schedule.

What You’ll Do:

- Manage daily site operations and schedules; oversee contractors and trades.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and relevant NYC agencies (NYC-DOB, LPC, DOT, DEP, FDNY, ETC.).

- Ensure compliance with all permits, codes, and safety regulations.

- Track budgets, schedules, RFIs, and progress reporting.

- Lead site meetings, maintain records, and foster a professional, accountable site culture.

What You Bring:

✅ 7–10 years’ construction management experience (NYC preferred).

✅ Proven success delivering commercial and/or residential projects.

✅ Strong leadership and organizational skills.

✅ Proficiency in plans, specs, contracts, and project management tools.

✅ Positive attitude and commitment to safety and excellence.

Required Certifications & Licenses:

OSHA 30‑Hour Construction Outreach Training (NYC‑compliant).

NYC DOB Supervisor SST Card (62 Hours).

NYC DOB Construction Superintendent License or Competent Person
