  • Scheduling Personnel to provide Maintenance Services sufficient for the Data Center Infrastructure Operations to meet business needs communicated by the company
  • Ensuring all Services are performed in accordance with company policies, including safety requirements
  • Coordinate training for Personnel on industry standard personnel lift equipment;
  • Following recognized methodologies in Service/Project Management and Quality including Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management Professional (PMP), LEAN/Six Sigma;
  • Scheduling Maintenance Services necessary to maintain the Facility's infrastructure systems in accordance with the comprehensive infrastructure maintenance program including, but not limited to 5S (floor and room organization, supplies, and upkeep);
  • Ensuring that an appropriate number of its Personnel are on site at the Facility throughout the Services Term in order to provide the various types of Services;
  • Performing all Services in as efficient a manner as possible while limiting any negative impact to the environment
  • Ensuring that Contractor Personnel will not repair or operate equipment outside their normal skillset/craft. All Personnel assigned by Contractor Project Manager to provide Services will possess the skills required to perform such Services. Client reserves the right to request that Contractor remove any Personnel not meeting these standards from providing Services under this SOW and to replace them with Personnel meeting the applicable Services' skill requirements.
    • Attending regular meetings between Client and Contractor to report issues, analyze quality, review performance, and/or resolve issues.
