D365 Customer Engagement System Administrator - New Haven, CT I am working with an innovative, quickly growing client in the healthcare space looking to expand their IT team and add a D365 Regional CRM System Administrator to their team. It's a brand-new role based in New Haven, CT, that will start off remote and eventually transition into onsite as business continue to open up.They place a massive internal growth focus to grow the best talent organically.

AboutIn this role, you will be responsible for Administrating the D365 System and Applications. You will be serving as the bridge between the larger regional Operations, CRM Development, and various user groups to best support the system to resolve any issues and potentially escalate any requests. You will also be collaborating with the regional help desk and Super Users for any training or leading the system support team's best practice. You will be heavily focused on Dynamics Customer Engagement, but will include additional solutions software responsibility and ERP integration. Your role will give you a great opportunity to continue growing your Dynamics skills, as well as opportunity to grow long-term within the quickly expanding company.

The RoleThe role is office based in New Haven, CT

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Effectively perform all system functions on the CRM.
  • Serve as the Point of Contact for any internal change requests or other system changes.
  • Continuously control and overlook all CRM processes to safely resolve any potential arising issues.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams for any changes to the CRM database.
  • Identify any potential integration opportunities with various applications with Dynamics CRM and recommend best practice.


To be a good fit for the role, you should have the following experience:
  • 3+ years working with D365 CRM Administration
  • Experience working with PowerBI Dashbboards
  • PowerShell scripts
  • Additional experience in networking concepts and protocols.
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Strong interpersonal skill to effectively work in a team environment while having larger organizational/time management skill requirements.
