Your role oversees and supports the technical operation of all assigned areas of the Clinical Laboratory, to include employee oversight and staffing, regulatory compliance, quality and PI activities, problem resolution, compliance, and other areas as assigned.

You will investigate physician and patient complaints

You will ensure the lab’s compliance with all regulatory agencies and accreditation standards.

You will assist the Laboratory Director with management of the laboratory operation and personnel.

You will help assure the laboratory meets the guidelines of CAP, CLIA, and JACHO.

You role utilizes Medical Technology skills and training to perform test of samples of blood, urine and other body fluids to obtain information utilized in diagnosis and evaluation of a patient’s medical situations. Performs laboratory tests and procedures, which require the exercise of independent judgment and responsibility.TriStar Skyline Medical Center is Tennessee's first comprehensive stroke center and a national leader in neuroscience. Degree in Medical Technology MT (ASCP) or equivalent, State Laboratory Supervisor's license. Minimum 5 years’ experience, at least 2 years at supervisor level or above.
