Looking for an experience sous chef level individual to work on the last weekend of January 2021. Details:
2.5 days (20 hours @ $35-40/hour).
You will be preparing two lunches and three dinners for a group of 30-35 people at a local resort.
You will be repairing these meals with the assistance of a helper, which we can provide or you can bring (paid additionally).
We will work out the menu with you In advance of the event, and most of the ingredients will be procured by us in advance.
Catering experience a plus, but not required.
If this works out, we could use you again in the future twice a year, same format.
