Vice President of Sales, Medical CanvassingWe currently have an opportunity for an experienced, self-determined, and highly motivatedVICE PRESIDENT OF SALES, MEDICAL CANVASSING.This position is full time exempt, based in our corporate office in Denton, TX. This position will require travel to engage and support customers, attend industry conferences, and represent the company. The VP of Sales, Medical Canvassing will report to the President of VRC.Veracity Research Company Investigations (VRC) is one of the nations leading and most experienced investigation companies. We receive and successfully complete thousands of assignments each year for a broad spectrum of clients including Insurance Companies, Third Party Administrators, Self-Insured Organizations, Attorneys, Federal and State Government Agencies, and Municipalities. VRCs mission is to partner with Companies to mitigate insurance fraud to better cost contain premiums for all consumers.The VP of Sales, Medical Canvassing will oversee business strategy and platform development, sales, and service delivery for the Medical Canvass Business. Responsibilities will include all aspects of oversight and leadership of the business including the development and execution of the strategic plan to meet and exceed business objectives, marketing and lead generation initiatives to drive sales, development and management of a sales pipeline, key account management, and performance of services. The VP of Sales, Medical Canvassing will directly supervise all sales and service delivery personnel in the business.Job Requirements:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required; masters degree preferred5+ years of experience in sales, marketing or product management; leadership experience in these areas preferredDemonstrated success leading teams, recruiting new talent, retaining high performers, and coaching/developing team members to excelAbility to develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the businessAbility to partner with marketing to implement lead-generation campaigns to drive new businessAbility to develop and manage a sales pipeline and revenue forecast to achieve sales objectives and document these activities and processes in a CRM systemAbility to translate customer needs and desires to a product roadmap and specific service delivery metrics that can be achieved consistentlyAbility to manage key/strategic accounts in a proactive way that demonstrates value and ensures client retention and growthStrong written and oral communication skills; demonstrated proficiency with current business applications including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS ExcelStrong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and objective decision-making abilitiesThrive in a dynamic work environment where every day is different and presents new challengesJob Responsibilities:Administration and day to day oversight of the Medical Canvass business including all aspects of sales and operationsManagement of the businesss profit and loss (PandL) to meet or exceed financial goals and objectivesDevelopment and management of a sales pipeline and revenue forecast that meets or exceeds revenue goals and objectivesOversight, management, and evolution of the products and services offered by the Medical Canvass business, including development and maintenance of the product road map.Service delivery and operational performance that meets or exceeds perfo
