HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR/FOREMAN - $35.00 per Hour up to Prevailing

PIPELAYER - $25.00 - $32.00 per Hour

GENERAL LABORER - $18.00 - $25.00 per Hour

Large Excavation/Site Prep Contractor hiring immediately for work within the Snohomish County area. Scope of work includes Residential and Commercial Site Preparation; Demolition, Clearing, Grading, Import/Export, Digging/Trenching, Underground Utilities, and Road Work. Providing a Safe Work Environment for our employees is a #1 priority. Employees are required to follow current company safety guidelines, including COVID-19 specifics, at all times.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR/FOREMAN

Job Details:

-Heavy equipment operation

-Site supervision

-Use of hand tools and power tools as needed

-Climb ladders

-Ability to measure various materials with accuracy/Read blueprints

-Cleanup/housekeeping on construction jobsite

-Complete required forms such as daily timecard

-Use proper lifting, carrying, climbing, and other techniques to prevent injury

-Attend weekly on-site safety meetings, training and educational classes as required

Qualifications and Experience:

-3 years + experience operating various types of heavy equipment in a site development environment/Heavy civil construction.

-Understanding of required grading, elevations, and compaction

-Ability to perform basic physical equipment inspections and communicate suspected issues with mechanic

-Knowledge of Safe/Proper use of hand tools and power tools

-General construction jobsite safety knowledge

Other Requirements:

-Valid Driver’s License

-Proof of Clean Driving Record if Company Vehicle Appies to Position

-High School or Equivalent

-Drug Screening and Background Check

-Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

-Punctual and dedicated to perform at a high level of quality

-Professionalism and Integrity at all times when interacting with clients, suppliers, co-workers, other trades, and other individuals in general

-Maintain personal hygiene

Compensation/Other Details:

-$35.00 per hour up to Prevailing wage

-Weekly Pay Schedule

-Paid Holidays

-Paid Time Off

-Health Benefits available after 90 days of employment

-Full Time, Monday - Friday schedule with Occasional Overtime and Saturday Hours

PIPELAYER

Job Details:

-Installation of Sewer, Storm, and Water underground utilities

-Verification of trench depth and length per specifications

-Communicate changes to scope as needed

-Product identification for specific job related tasks

-Measure needed materials accurately, clearly communicate cut specs to labor force, and place as needed

-Use of adhesives to connect pipe specific to type/specs

-Use of grading tools, lasers, hand tools, and power tools as needed

-General labor related to site preparation

-Cleanup/housekeeping on construction jobsite

-Complete required forms such as daily timecard

-Use proper lifting, carrying, climbing, and other techniques to prevent injury

-Attend weekly on-site safety meetings, training and educational classes as required

Qualifications and Experience:

-3 Years experience working with underground utilities

-Knowledge of grading, slopes, compaction, and drainage

-Knowledge of Safe/Proper use of hand tools and power tools

-General construction jobsite safety knowledge

-Ability to read plans

Other Requirements:

-Valid Driver’s License

-High School or Equivalent

-Drug Screening and Background Check

-Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

GENERAL LABORER

-General labor related to site preparation

-1-2 Years General Construction Labor (excavation experience preferred)

-Knowledge of Safe/Proper use of hand tools and power tools

-General construction jobsite safety knowledge

-Basic plan reading skills

-High School or Equivalent

-Drug Screening and Background Check

-Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

-Punctual and dedicated to perform at a high level of quality

-Competitive Salary Range DOE, $18.00 - 25.00 per Hour
