We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as our Property Management Receptionist/Secretary.
The receptionist/secretary is responsible for maintaining effective and harmonious resident relations, leasing, rent collection, enforcing parking rules and community standards, and overseeing unit turns and maintenance. This candidate must be able to work independently and look at obstacles as opportunities and one that acts on achieving resolve; one that provides excellent customer service and strives to make everyone's experience a positive one. The time commitment is Full Time at 35 hours per week.

The detailed job description is as follows:
Ensure a safe, compliant community for all residents
Understand and comply with Federal Fair Housing law
Issue applications and process applications; make application decisions depending on company and Fair Housing guidelines
Educate new residents on community rules and regulations
Follow up on late rents: call and draft notices
Manage the Maintenance Technician (set tasks, follow up with performance)
