Job Description
Responsibilities:Development of Automotive Radar transceiver H/W and antennas for advanced development projects
Identify and work with suppliers for component and design definition
Work with suppliers of RF devices to specify, test, and develop MMIC devices for automotive radar applications
Optimize high frequency designs through simulation and test for performance and manufacturing yield
Generate electrical information for CAD design of PCB layout
Create product verification plan, perform RF microwave testing, and H/W checkout
Utilize structured problem solving techniques for test failure resolution
Present product design, analysis, and test data to customers
Qualifications
Must Haves (Basic Qualifications)MS in EE or Physics with minimum 3.5/4.0 GPA
Course work in microwave / RF electromagnetics, analog electronics, and digital electronics
5+ year’s experience in RF/Radar design
Lab equipment experience with spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and network analyzers
Familiar with RF measurements such as phase noise, transmit power, and noise figure
Analysis and design experience in microwave circuits and PCB layout
Strong work ethic to support team design efforts and timing
Ability to multitask across various project activities
Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications)PhD in EE or Physics
10+ year’s experience in RF/Radar design
Familiar with Mathcad / Maple software and circuit simulation tools
Familiar with HFSS simulation software
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Ability to work with a global program team
Good verbal and written English communication skills
