Primary Job Functions:
As a member of our awesome customer service team you will be responsible for:
Successfully managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting them with issues/concerns related to their pest control needs.
Assisting customers with scheduling inspections and appointments with the appropriate technician/ inspector.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active-listening skills.
The ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly.
Maintaining a positive attitude.
Working as a team-player (we’re better, together!)
Paying attention to detail while staying organized.
Using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
Utilizing PestPac, Google Docs, and other programs we may implement (we will train!)
Handling incoming contracts by understanding information provided on the document, transferring the information into PestPac and communicating the information to our customers to schedule services.
Understanding each of our departments, the personnel in each department, and the territories each Certified Technician and Certified Sales Inspector cover.
Offering phone support to field staff as needed.
Being reliable ( ex: good attendance, producing quality work in a timely manner, meeting strict timelines, etc.)
MINIMUM 1-year experience in a customer service representative or inside sales position
High level organization skills
Strong time management skills
Great communication skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
Positive attitude and ability to handle difficult situations professionally
Exhibit excellent typing skills
Maintain composure in high pressure situations
Capable of following an issue through to its conclusion
High School Diploma or GED required
Must pass drug and background screens
Work Hours:8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
Rotating Saturday schedule from 9AM -12 PM (works out to roughly one Saturday per month).
