Tucson based manufacturing firm has an immediate opening for an experienced Sales Administrative Assistant. The primary function will be to support the needs of the business in proposal and contract preparation, delivery and follow up with on-going tracking and related functions. Applicant must be proficient in the use of computers particularly with Microsoft Office and Quick Books. Experience with Sales Force, purchasing and shipping documentation are helpful.
