The OpportunityWe are seeking a talented Organizational Training & Development Consultant to apply knowledge for developing, leading and implementing adult learning training plans tailored for internal and external clients. The position is responsible for, but not limited to: ensuring the team is actively involved and educated on new products and product enhancements, planning, developing and delivering training according to the ADDIE model and adult learning principles (for example, not limited to: CO-OP University, training workshops, new product launch, internal department specific training), and developing and executing training commercialization plans for new product roll-out and product enhancements. Be innovative to ensure Learning Solutions is relevant and a leading partner in the company’s internal and external growth.

Creatively deliver training using appropriate adult learning and delivery methods to internal and external audiences, according to project timelines, desired performance outcomes and learner needs.

Continually monitor instructional delivery best practices and learner assessments, and adjusts techniques and recommends changes when appropriate.

Participate in training plan execution for product commercialization and internal and external project training resources to adhere to department’s Go-to-Market strategy.

Establish and execute tasks that need to be performed.

Interdependencies to execute a comprehensive plan training design and delivery.

Implement planning, developing and delivering of training according to the ADDIE model and adult learning principles, while incorporating the CO-OP brand in every interaction.

Seek input from clients, SMEs and department resources to ensure effective and efficient training plans are implemented. (i.e. brand adherence, promoting sessions, content, industry bulletins, vendor releases, content review process).

Lead LMS Administer for Learning Solutions’ internal and external purposes.

Proactively advocate for client’s and/or learner’s needs while balancing CO-OP’s strategic direction.

Able to adapt independently to emotionally charged situations while maintaining positive relationships.

Building relationships with key stakeholders include, but not limited to: developing and implementing content development for CRO/Client Services departments, supporting client training projects as staffing needs dictate.

Develop and execute business units overall learning requirements based on understanding of business objectives, desired results, and constraints.

Measure effectiveness and usability of the training materials and programs, and develop and implement process improvement opportunities.

Develop a functional lessons learned repository to communicate and track process changes and knowledge gaps by being collaborative to surface and plan out changes.

Work may vary based on department and company strategic needs. Keep current on industry trends and best practices and uses that knowledge to enhance the learning experience for participants.

Responsible for reporting risks that are identified to the appropriate team and/or management. Additionally, responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting risks within the scope of your work area, to include, but not limited to Information Security risks.

What You’ll Need to SucceedDegree in Adult Learning, Education, or related course-work.

3-5 years corporate training experience.

Demonstrated adult learning and ADDIE model principles.

Adapt to various working and leading styles.

Knowledge of the payment industry and vendors is preferred.

Problem solve through creativity and innovation.

Confidently, not arrogantly, communicate needs and expectations.

Must possess a quick-study aptitude to learn processes, technical applications and products.

Wide degree of latitude and creativity is expected.

Works under limited supervision and exercise independent judgment.
