Welders/Fitters/Fabricators Needed!

Express Employment in Redding is seeking qualified welders/fitters/fabricators will have a minimum of 1+ years’ experience. The ideal candidate must be capable of reading drawings, inspecting and marking components, have working knowledge of AWS requirements, be certified in 2 or more of the following SMAW, GMAW, MIG, TIG, or FCAW, and have experience with shop cranes, forklifts, and fabrication tools. You must be a team player that wants to grow with the company. High school diploma and welding school/certification course completion or equivalent is desirable. You must be able to work in extreme hot and cold weather. You will stand or sit for long periods of time, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach periodically throughout the day and must be able to lift 50+ lbs. This position offers four 10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday with Fridays offered for overtime. Both first and second shifts are available.

First Shift - 6:00am-4:30pm

Second Shift - 4:30pm-2:00am

Pay is $17-$25+/hr DOE
