RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be in constant communication with walk-in customers. This role consists of providing outstanding customer service and solutions to our customers. Activities will include shipment processing, packing, printing, fax services, notary, inventory management, sorting mail, fingerprinting services, U-Haul rental. Must be English/Spanish bilingual and must be able to pick-up and move 65+ pound boxes. This position does require the candidate to pass a background check and will require a minimum of 25 hours/wk but can potentially become a full-time position.
QUALIFICATIONS
Customer Service or Retail Experience
Able to work in a fast pace environment
Able to lift 65+ pounds and stand for long periods of time
Able to cross-sell and up-sell products and services
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Spanish bilingual a must
