Fine dining server and craft cocktail bartender

Craft Cocktail bartender with experience.

Must be able to -

Handle a busy bar

Be creative while able to follow direction for fine dining restaurant with large wine list and craft cocktails.

Be on feet for 7 hours

Work weekends and holidays (for full time - 2 PT people ok)

Willing to take tables if needed

Food service at bar when bar is open (small outdoor bar now)

SERVER

Hiring a fine dining server who doesn't mind hustling.

Busy restaurant with elevated food, extensive wine list and large seating area.

Must have -

Minimum of 3 years experience

Ability to work large floor area

Good multitasking skills

Ability to work 6 hours or more

Able to work weekends preferred

Able to work holidays a must

Must be dependable - we are a small close team who makes together
