Education: high school graduate or equivalent. At least one year of experience.

Experience: Must have experience in operating a variety of hand/power tools and equipment. Be able to ensure proper safety precautions. Must have an understanding of building maintenance and experience working with seniors is a must.

Hours: Full time, Sunday & Monday Off.

Director and assistant positions available.
