La Provence Restaurant & Terrace is open for indoor and terrace dining, as well as take-out. We are looking for an experienced Sauté/Grill Cook! We are a southern French & Mediterranean casual/fine dining restaurant located in Roseville now for over 16 years with an award-winning facility and vibrant banquet business.
Our expansive terrace is adjacent to 51-acres of parks and open space and shaded with an interlocking canopy of crepe myrtles and a large olive tree, creating an ambiance unique to our area. Our large French-style kitchen has a distinct quality featuring 3 windows that look out onto the adjacent parks and open space to provide natural light. It was designed by Bumps Baldauf of Harrison & Kollner (who also designed kitchens for Chez Panisse and The French Laundry) and supports the creative process of our team.

What we require:
At least 1 year cooking experience on the Grill and/or Saute Line
California Food Handlers Certification
Mise en Place Prep
Open, Close, Clean and Sanitize Station
