We a successful and established electrical service company. In business for over 25 years, our team is dedicated to providing professional service and quality work to customers in San Jose and the surrounding counties. Our office is located in San Jose near the airport.

We are seeking an individual who will represent the company in a friendly and professional manner to customers, vendors and general public. The right candidate must be a good communicator, a quick learner, and able to multitask.

A positive attitude is required. You will will be interacting with not only our customers, but our service technicians/salesmen.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers, schedule leads, assist with the dispatching of calls to our service technicians, and support management with various administrative tasks.

Currently we are looking for a part time role from about midday to the early evening, however that can lead to a full time position in the future.

Duties:

- Answer phone calls, assess customer support needs, schedule leads

- Remain knowledgeable of company services, service offerings

- Scheduling and coordination of service calls

- Administrative support

- Opportunity to assist in client retention

Required Skills:

- Excellent spelling and grammar

- Basic typing and computer skills

- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel

- Strong verbal and written communication

- Self motivated

- Willingness to learn new systems
