Come join our fun, hardworking team!A DAY IN THE LIFE AS CARD SERVICES REPRESENTATIVEAs a Card Services Representative, you are enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service to our external members over the phone, by chat, text and email assisting with payment related questions and concerns. You always take the time to establish a rapport and listen carefully to identify members' needs, clarify information, and research every issue. Using your thorough knowledge of payment solutions products and services, you are able to process approved credit card applications, issue new and replacement Debit, ATM and Credit Cards, maintain card account records, review and take action on daily program reports, monitor and take appropriate action on fraud alerts and trends, communicate needs and concerns with vendors, assist in processing disputes, lost/stolen cards, adjustments and other card related balancing, enter travel notices, additional notes and memos, and assist with program initiatives as needed. You support branch staff with instant issue and plastic stock needs and answering payment related questions. You enjoy working in a fun and supportive environment while helping people achieve their financial goals and dreams!QUALIFICATIONSOne or more years of related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong analytical and problem solving ability
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule
