Supervision hours for LMHC or LCSW licensure!

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides therapeutic services to youth and families in the Family Care program. Based in Fort Myers, this position is responsible for the development of individualized master treatment plans, providing individual, family counseling, completing required clinical documentation, and working within a multidisciplinary team to review the client's treatment, goals, progress and future needs.Keywords: therapist, clinician, counselor, counselling, adolescent counseling, child therapy, mental health, behavioral health, inpatient care, residential care, crisis intervention, crisis stabilization, crisis assessment, LMHC, LCSWQualificationsEducation:Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or human services field required

2+ years experience working with children or families in need of mental health, behavioral health, crisis intervention, or related required

Other Requirements:Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida preferred.

Valid Driver's license required

Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Screen, Physical, Physical Abilities Test, TB Test and Influenza Vaccine

Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.

Schedule:Must be able to complete a two-day new hire orientation class (Monday & Wednesday); hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day
