Description$68K-$91K DOEWhat You’ll do as a Recruiting Manager:Provide Leadership to direct reports, including, but not limited to, hiring, training and development

Manage, implement, and coordinate recruitment, staffing and retention strategies to align with company goals to deliver qualified candidates, filling open roles & building a talent pipeline

Lead team to proactively identify and update recruiting processes and methods to address evolving hiring materials and needs

Maintain thorough understanding and knowledge of current hiring practices, compliance guidelines and laws, recruitment strategies, and staffing industry trends and possess ability to deploy these tools to recruit employees

Lead, engage and communicate with the recruiting team and Maverik hiring managers in a positive and collaborative manner while guiding them through the talent acquisition process

Manage and organize recruitment marketing channels and activities and ensure all channels are considered and utilized

Track success based on applicable recruiting metrics and key performance indicators

Additional duties as assigned

You’ll be a Great Fit if You Have: Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Human Resources, or related field

7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a retail convenience store environment

3+ years’ experience in a supervisory capacity required, including influencing others outside his/her immediate space

3+ years’ experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems and various technologies to support recruiting processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) required

Provide team leadership and growth and development opportunities by creating an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creating thinking and a collaborative, cohesive team effort

Decision making and researching skills, with ability to analyze, investigate and weigh alternatives and select appropriate course of action, driving activity to measurable results

Demonstrated strong written & verbal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization

Anticipates future consequences and trends accurately and creates and searches for new and innovative approaches to activities that enhance performance and improve work processes

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
