To learn how to apply for a position using the Career worklet, please review this quick reference guide .Job Seekers can review the Job Applicant Privacy Policy by clicking HERE. at https://ryder.com/job-applicant-privacy-policyYou are the driving force behind our company.Start your career with Ryder today!SUMMARYManage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers to ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, properly timed billing, and overall customer satisfaction.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSPrint delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network CarriersResearch and update orders on Restoration Hardware’s “Ready to be Scheduled” (RTBS) report; work with Network Carriers to get orders scheduledProcess Return Authorizations (RAs), RA Clarifications, Pending RAs, Not in iDirect RAs, etc. for all locationsManage the Open RA report (monthly)Research orders on the “Over 50” report (orders that have a delivery date 50 days old) either by obtaining a POD from the Network Carrier or conducting a follow up survey with the customer to confirm delivery; update system so we can invoice the clientRespond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing TeamValidate and update complete dates in iDirect for orders that have a scheduled dateAssist Operations Supervisor with building return trucksServe as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and emailADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms other duties as assigned.EDUCATIONBachelor's degree preferred.EXPERIENCEOne (1) year or more experience 1-2 years related experienceSKILLS. Operations background (Logistics and/or Transportation). Meets corporate competency model requirements. Organization skills. Ability to understand and follow work procedures. Communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to build professional relationships.
