Administrative Assistant
Fast-paced, close-knit team looking for organized, detail-oriented person to provide superior customer service for financial services office. This role would serve as first point of contact for most client daily needs. There will be a high level of interaction involving connecting with people and handling them with care. Looking for a can-do attitude, self-starter, who is willing to assist in all functional areas as the business needs. Looking for an individual with a positive attitude who can work cooperatively in a professional courteous team environment. This is not a remote position. This is a smoke-free environment. Must pass background check.
Abilities/Responsibilities:
Work 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Utilize outstanding phone etiquette to build rapport with and engage clients
Organize and prioritize work under pressure to meet multiple deadlines
Develop resources to problem solve
Following through with items to verify completion
Maintain customer database, files and logs
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of all forms and documents
Run reports and prepare documents for appointments
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma
Must have 2 years of customer service experience in a professional office
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and be able to learn navigating new systems
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent and consistent written and verbal skills
Previous financial services experience helpful
Emotional maturity to maintain professionalism
