Part-Time laborer needed to haul for rental properties

.this position will be on-call as needed to deep clean rental properties and haul off debris from these rental properties. Must be an experienced handy-man with own tools, must have a truck and (trailer if possible) it must be reliable transportation, and vehicle must also be insured.
