Two Open Roles: Program Managers at Wilderness Youth Project

Wilderness Youth Project has two open program manager positions.

Wilderness Youth Project seeks a Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of our school-year and summer programs. The Program Manager tends logistics, supports and supervises field staff and interns, and ensures meaningful experiences that connect children with nature, their community, and one another. They listen to stories, model WYP values, and help write the next chapters of connective mentoring in our community.

This role is for people who find purpose in both the behind-the-scenes work and in the wild play of being in the field. In the dynamic responsibilities, you may be coordinating a last-minute sub in one moment and leading a group of kids up a creek in the next. You will be asked to embrace decisions with empathy, pragmatism, humility, and vision. We invite you to apply.
