Assistant Supervisor

Johnny B’s Inc is a private student services company that has been operating in San Diego since 1980.

We’re hiring an Assistant Supervisor for our after school program located in Tierrasanta.

Hours:

Mon/Tues/Weds/Fri: 1:30-6:00p.m.

Thurs 11:15am-6:00p.m.

Pay: $21/hr

Age Group: 4½–6 years

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with kids and can help create a safe, fun, and engaging environment. The role includes:

Teaming up with the supervisor to plan activities, art projects, and games

Talking with parents about their child’s progress and behavior

Upholding our behavior management and discipline policies

Leading by example in showing kindness, respect, and positive energy toward everyone in the program

It’s a great role for someone who loves working with kids and being part of a caring, hands-on team.
