Project Manager

Our focus is on construction infrastructure projects, primarily in the City and County of San Francisco. We specialize in performing trench and excavation mainline sewer work. The Project Manager we're looking for will work closely with our bidding coordinator, creating project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and budgeting. This person will be busy visiting construction work sites to manage risks/issues, reading project specifications, submittals, RFI's, processing permits, USA tickets, processing reports, and ensuring that all projects stay on task and are completed in a timely manner.

We use both Procore and Primavera P6 software for managerial purposes, experience with either is a plus. Salary is negotiable depending on the type and years of experience in the industry as well as the candidate’s education, overall qualifications and skill set.
