About the Role -

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Trash Porter to join our team in Charlotte. We keep commercial properties clean, safe, and welcoming for tenants and visitors.

Job Duties -

Remove all litter within property lines, including:

Parking lots, storefronts, garden beds, entrances, and rear areas

Blow storefronts and curbs clean

Empty storefront trash cans, wipe lids, and replace liners

Dispose of trash in on-site containers at the rear of the property

Maintain cleanliness around dumpsters

Report illegal dumping, graffiti, homeless activity, or property damage to management

Take and upload service photos into our mobile app

Schedule; Hours -

These properties are serviced 5 days per week (including weekends) and generally is about 4 or so hours each service day.

Work window: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Start and finish times depend on the number of properties on your route

Flexible opportunity: great for extra income. This is about 25 hours of work per week.

Requirements -

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Must be responsive to management (English not required, but timely communication is important)

Pickup truck highly recommended, but not required

Compensation -

Competitive pay

Weekly pay – every Friday

Reimbursements for gas and vehicle usage
