We are Microsoft Official Partners - A Microsoft Certified Partner help customers with a range of IT projects and specific IT solutionsJob ID: LSITDRFL28Job Title: IT Systems Analyst/Support Engineers (Oracle Micros 9700/ Simphony Point of Sale) Location: Miami, FL Duration: Full TimeTravel: Willing to travel is a MUST. 80% of Travelling is REQUIREDResponsibilities:Supports and maintains existing systems, that include focusing on Oracle/Micros POS systems (Micros 9700/ Simphony Point of Sale)Web-based Reporting Systems, Web-based Food Cost & Inventory Control Solutions, Interfaces, and many other supporting applicationsResolves technical problemsPrompt response times are expectedMonitors vendor orders and reports for Service Level compliance, if requested.
