Devine Auto Sales a leading used car dealership, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Finance Manager with experience in subprime financing and SPI-Fi (Special Finance) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with various financial products and lenders to secure financing for customers with various credit situations. Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager, with significant experience in subprime financing and SPI-Fi.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive finance, lending guidelines, subprime credit, and related industry regulations.

Skills:

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in dealer management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Certifications: F&I certification or equivalent automotive finance training is a plus.
