Field Services Supervisor with box truck experience - $58,600/Year

We’re currently seeking a Field Service Supervisor with box truck experience to join our team in Bradenton, FL.

In this role, you’ll lead a crew of drivers responsible for the delivery, assembly, and warranty repairs of garbage carts. This position requires strong leadership, hands-on involvement, and the ability to ensure daily operations run smoothly and safely.

Pay & Schedule:

$58,600 annually

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements (Must-Haves):

High school diploma or GED

1–2 years of supervisory or related field experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Must have experience driving a vehicle over 10,001 lbs (such as a 26ft box truck) at some point in your career

Comfortable working in heat and around foul odors
