Lifeline Territory Sales Manager
A Lifeline Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of Lifeline Sales Agents to drive enrollments in the federal Lifeline Programs. This role involves recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activation goals while ensuring compliance with federal and company regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and oversee Lifeline sales agents to ensure consistent performance and compliance with program guidelines.
Sales Management:
Set and monitor individual and team sales targets; implement strategies to increase customer enrollments and retention.
Field Operations:
Coordinate and manage field sales activities, including event planning, territory assignments, and daily agent schedules.
Compliance & Quality Control:
Ensure that all sales representatives adhere to FCC and USAC regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
Performance Reporting:
Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics; report results to upper management.
Motivation & Coaching:
Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching sessions to enhance productivity and professionalism.
Customer Relations:
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Inventory Management:
Manage distribution and accountability of SIM cards, devices, and marketing materials.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead, preferably in Lifeline, ACP, telecom, or direct sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
Knowledge of Lifeline/ACP program guidelines (preferred).
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple sales locations.
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) a plus.
Compensation:
Commssion plus team performance bonuses.
