Part-time HVAC technician

We are local property management company looking for a part-time HVAC for repairs and new installation of HVAC units. No license or insurance needed and we purchase all equipment for repairs. Must be willing to travel in the middle Tennessee area with reliable transportation. Must be bilingual - English and Spanish and must have two or three years HVAC experience.
