Electrician / Electrician’s Helper – Residential Service & Kitchen Remodels (Naples / Collier County)

We are a growing residential electrical company serving Naples, Bonita, and surrounding areas. We are looking for a motivated Electrician or Electrician’s Helper to join our team.

This position involves a mix of residential service calls (lighting, fans, troubleshooting, small installs) and kitchen remodel work (rewires, lighting layouts, under-cabinet installs, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS:

General electrical knowledge

Experience preferred (helpers welcome if reliable and eager to learn)

Must be very well-spoken in English with clear communication skills

(You will speak with homeowners daily)

Strong customer-service attitude

Comfortable working inside residential homes

Basic tools + reliable transportation

Kitchen remodel experience is a major plus

Ability to troubleshoot without constant supervision

PAY RANGE:

$20–$35 per hour, depending on experience and skill level

Top pay for techs who know their craft and can run clean service calls.
