Sales Processing/ Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a very detail oriented person to process orders from our showroom partners. We are a "To The Trade" manufacturing business, that works with To The Trade Design Showrooms, who sell our fabrics and wallpapers to interior designers. We are looking for a long term part time position. The position will be processing and managing orders from showrooms and interior designers. Managing spreadsheets to track inventories. Processing the orders for shipping sometimes requires lifting heavy bolts of fabric. Our priority is great customer service, so a positive attitude and good people skills serve you well. We a growing business, so the ability to focus on the daily tasks at hand, as well as multi-tasking is required.
Requirements:
Attention to detail and follow through.
Experience with Google docs/ sheets and email
Good organizational skills.
Good writing skills
Pleasant disposition
Able to lift 30lbs
Social Media experience helpful on Pinterest, Instagram .
College education or equivalent work experience
