Dine In Delivery is now hiring Catering Delivery Drivers In Destin, Fort Walton, Crestview area!

We are looking for individuals with a good work ethic, a great personality and are ready to hustle. Catering experience is not necessary. They also understand 1099 work and what it means to be an independent contractor.

You must be customer-service oriented and available to make deliveries from a variety of locations in the region. Most deliveries take 30 minutes & occur between the hours of 10AM-1PM and 6AM-8:30AM, Occasionally we get deliveries at night or on weekends but not often. Your availability determines your opportunities. Deliveries will be offered to you as they become available. We pay by the job, not by the hour. We pay $27 to $100+ per delivery.

Small team means no race to accept orders

When you become part of the DID family you will be one of only a few drivers that we have in your city so you will not be scrambling over orders with hundreds of other drivers. We do not over hire. Once we find a few great drivers we will send you orders directly, we do not put them up for grabs. Our drivers love this.

Be available consistently Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday for lunch and some breakfast deliveries, as these are our busiest times. Drivers that accept the most jobs, are punctual and have good communication with dispatch will be highest on the list to receive the most deliveries

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age

A valid U.S. driver’s license & Insurance

A smart phone

Your own vehicle

Have or willing to purchase at least two insulated catering bags and a cart.

Engage with our support teams

A clear MVR

Ability to follow instructions

Communication skills

Ability to figure things out

Ability to navigate using smartphone mapping application

If hired, you must have or purchase your own equipment which includes catering delivery bags (23X13X15) and a collapsible cart, wagon, or a convertible or foldable hand truck. Sorry, this is a deal breaker and a requirement from our client.

Responsibilities

Pick up food or other items and drop them off at designated locations ON TIME.

Transport food carefully and safely from restaurant to the destination

Perform light set up order where the customer requests (set-up only)

You are expected to act and dress as a professional and be well groomed when representing Dine In Delivery on all your deliveries
