Expanding New England Agency seeks energetic, self-motivated and Goal-oriented individuals for our Customer Service Specialist position to work with Labor Unions, Credit Unions, and other associations. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction while matching client needs to products and services.

Daily tasks include inbound/outbound calls, scheduling new appointments, client policy reviews, data entry, and servicing requested benefits.

The Leadership Training program will prepare you to assume a leadership position within 90 days to 6 months. This is a career opportunity with the flexibility of being able to work remote from home.
