Carpenter Wanted

At Broderick Construction LLC, we build and renovate high-end homes in Greater Boston and North of Boston.

We're looking to hire two people to join our team:

- Skilled Carpenter

- Carpenter's Helper

Skilled carpenter - who you are:

- You're looking for a hands-on residential carpentry job. This role is not a supervisor position.

- You have hands-on experience in all phases of residential construction and carpentry, including frame to finish work.

- You're a problem solver. When faced with a new challenge, you're able to think critically and propose solutions.

- You're open to direction and able to take constructive criticism. We work as a team, and you must be comfortable taking instructions and fielding requests from others. We're always learning and trying to do better, so you must also be open to feedback and ways to improve your skills.

- You're able to confidently talk to clients, answer questions when needed, and communicate customer issues quickly to the owner.

Carpenter's helper - who you are:

- You're excited to learn more about construction and carpentry.

- You're able to assist carpenter's on job sites, including, but not limited to, handling tools, lifting materials, cleaning workspaces and performing carpentry tasks.

- You're open to challenges and willing to learn new skills and techniques every day.

- You can take direction and understand that you'll be in a support role.

Nuts and bolts:

- Carpenter: You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential carpentry.

- Carpenter Helper: You have 2+ years of experience.

- You're able to work Monday-Friday from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

- You have a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and the ability to get yourself to and from job sites.

- You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and will contribute to positive team culture.
