HIRING: COMMUNITY MANAGER for MMBA Productions Inc. (Part-Time)
Responsibilities
1. Client Communication
Send scripts and videos to clients for review
Collect feedback and organize revisions
Keep clients updated on project status
Answer client questions
Schedule filming dates with clients
Maintain a positive, professional relationship
2. Posting & Scheduling
Upload content to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Write captions, hashtags, SEO descriptions
Schedule posts at optimal times
Have a good opinion in what to post and what not to post
Ensure consistency with the content calendar
Check quality before each upload
3. Community Management
Reply to comments
Manage DMs (when appropriate)
Delete spam/troll comments
Boost early engagement after each upload
Keep each account feeling active and human
4. Internal Coordination
Pass client notes to the editor
Track deadlines and deliverables
Keep everything organized in our content system
Make sure scripts → filming → editing → posting moves smoothly
5. Reporting
Track video performance
Prepare weekly client reports
Share insights on what’s performing best
Monitor engagement and growth
6. Admin & Organization
Maintain folders and file organization
Keep calendars and spreadsheets updated
Stay on top of task lists and timelines
