Project Manager for construction Company

Company: Yosemite Construction and Management

Yosemite Construction and Management is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for an experienced Manager ready to take the next step.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee and work alongside employees and subcontractors

-Help maintain project schedules and budgets

-Allocate materials and manage resources

-Communicate with clients and vendors

-Accept deliveries and maintain a clean, safe worksite

Qualifications Needed:

Experience in a construction trade required

Knowledge/experience in:

-Carpentry (framing, finish work, trim)

-Drywall (hanging & finishing)

-Kitchen and bathroom remodeling

-Interior and exterior painting

-Flooring installation

-Ceramic tile installation

Strong people skills and leadership ability

Note: Skills in all trades are preferred but not required.
