Medical Sales Representative – Los Angeles County Salary + Commission

About the Role

Promed Medical Supplies is seeking a driven and professional Medical Sales Representative to grow our business across Los Angeles County. The ideal candidate is energetic, relationship-focused, and comfortable calling on a variety of healthcare providers including physicians, home health agencies, clinics, and hospital departments.

This is a full-time, salaried role with strong earning potential through commissions and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with doctor’s offices, home health agencies, hospitals, surgical centers, and clinical facilities

Present and promote Promed’s portfolio of medical supplies, equipment, and healthcare products

Conduct regular in-person visits to healthcare providers throughout the LA County territory

Provide product education, samples, pricing, and support to clinical staff

Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term accounts

Maintain accurate territory activity reports and CRM notes

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

1–3+ years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, home health relations, DME, or other healthcare-related sales preferred

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Comfortable visiting multiple facilities daily and managing a busy territory

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
