Line Cook Needed (Italian Restaurant)

Line cook needed for small, growing, Italian restaurant located in the southwest Denver/Lakewood area. This is an opportunity to learn from a seasoned Executive Chef and be part of a growing restaurant in a wonderful community. Seeking individuals who understand our vision, want to learn and grow with it, are committed to showing up and taking on responsibility, and desire to be part of a great team.

Responsibilities include:

- Daily Prep

- Pizza Crafting

- Pasta Sauces and Dish Prep

- Kitchen Ticket Management

- Part Time Dishwasher Assistance (to support kitchen operations)

- Food Ordering and Item Costing

- All Back of the House Operations

- About 30 Hours/Week to Start
