Position Overview
The Bar Manager will oversee all day-to-day bar operations, manage staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role requires a hands-on leader familiar with high-volume, resort-town environments and capable of maintaining consistency during peak ski season.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and support staff
Manage bar inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
Oversee scheduling, staff performance, and labor cost controls
Ensure compliance with all Colorado liquor laws and local regulations
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment
Assist with creative cocktail development and menu planning
Monitor bar profitability, waste reduction, and cost-of-goods targets
Handle guest feedback and maintain excellent customer service standards
Collaborate with ownership/GM on promotions, events, and seasonal programming

Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of bar management experience (Breckenridge/mountain-town experience a plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of spirits, craft cocktails, and bar operations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Familiarity with scheduling, inventory systems, and POS software
Reliable, organized, and deadline-driven
Must be 21+ and eligible to work in Colorado
TIPS certification required (or ability to obtain before start
