Job Description

Purpose:

As a trusted advisor to Intelerad’s clients, the Inside Sales Representative will achieve quarterly sales objectives by managing and growing opportunities within your territory/region.This position will partner with Product Management, Marketing, and other sales specialists to identify opportunities to leverage Intelerad’s complete technology offering which encompasses software solutions and services. You will utilize inbound/outbound calls to pursue sales, develop account penetration strategies, and close business. You will be responsible for understanding Intelerad’s product offerings and competitive landscape and identify new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns with management assistance. Liaise with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities, and selling Intelerad products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research clients, identify key decision-makers and generate interest for new modules
  • Develop client portfolios thorough an understanding of client’s current product offering and workflow to suggest modules that could be beneficial to their workflow
  • Build relationships and maintain communication and ongoing contact with clients in territory
  • Leverage internal relationships with and work closely with Intelerad’s Client Success Managers
  • Manage sales opportunities for Intelerad’s existing clients
  • Develop sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Participate in product demonstrations with the support of Intelerad’s Product Specialist Team
  • Provide information and explanations to clients regarding the modules and services we offer
  • Entertain product-related enhancement requests or integration requests, and liaise with Intelerad’s internal teams to coordinate further discussion or action.
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to define new product and service offerings for existing clients

Qualifications

Prerequisites:

  • Three years or more of proven sales experienceor equivalent skills and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or a mix of relevant experience and education or equivalent skills and experience
  • Excellent english communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience with sales cycle (including presentation, prospecting, negotiating and closing skills)
  • Product and industry knowledge, ideally related to RIS/PACS and radiology workflow experience
  • Understanding of the healthcare environment, specifically diagnostic imaging and related workflows

  • Ability to problem solve and use consultative selling skills
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English with high level decision makers: ability to listen to clients’ needs and communicate clearly solutions in response to them
  • Ability to build partnerships
