## THE OPPORTUNITY

We are building the first wave of elite closers for a new digital service platform serving small & local businesses.

You’ll work directly with the founder—no corporate layers, no fluff.

This offer is proven, tested, and math-backed.

Realistic Income Example:

8 new clients/month ≈ $3,486 new MRR

12 clients/month for 3 months ≈ $12,846 total MRR

At 30% commission w/ 18 months residuals, this book pays $3,800+/month once built

Plus commissions on all new sales you close moving forward.

You build a book of recurring revenue that pays you long after the sale.

## WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run full-cycle B2B sales: outreach → follow-up → close

Contact targeted lists + warm conversations (no random “smile and dial”)

Use a simple, proven script + process

Build & protect your recurring commission book

Provide feedback so we can tighten lists, scripts & systems fast

If you want inbound leads handed to you or a cushy SDR pod, this is not that.

## COMPENSATION

30% commission on all sales

18 months of recurring commissions per customer

Performance tiers available: 40% after hitting MRR targets

30-day delay between client payment → commission payout (keeps cash flow clean)

### MODELED (NOT GUARANTEED) OUTCOMES

Conservative: 8–10 clients/mo → $60K–$80K Year 1

Strong: 12–18 clients/mo → $150K+ Year 1 as your book compounds

We walk through all the math on the interview.

## NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

You must have ALL of the following:

Documented track record closing B2B or commission-only deals

Ability to show hard proof (income statements, screenshots, references, etc.)

Comfort working 100% commission only

Strong phone presence + follow-through

Pipeline discipline

A desire to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses
