Automotive Interior Technician

CST Customs is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Automotive Interior Technician to join our team. This position can be full-time or part-time, and we’re open to training the right candidate with the right attitude.

As an Automotive Interior Technician at CST Customs, you’ll work on a wide variety of vehicles—handling everything from custom leather work to upholstery repairs and 12-volt interior-related installs. Responsibilities

Perform automotive leather repair, restoration, and installation

Complete upholstery work including seat repairs, and custom interior upgrades

Handle basic 12-volt interior tasks (heated seats, lighting, switches, etc.)

Work with dealership accounts and retail customers

Maintain quality standards and attention to detail

Keep a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Requirements

Experience in automotive leather, upholstery, or 12-volt work preferred

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to follow processes and produce clean, consistent results

Reliable transportation and good communication skills

Compensation
