Stingers Café, located inside the Ray Hotel in Delray Beach, is now hiring Baristas and a Café Manager to join our team.

We’re a fun, local, chic café focused on high-quality ingredients, great coffee, and warm hospitality. If you’re passionate about coffee, service, and working in a stylish, fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong customer service skills

Experience preferred (especially for management), but willing to train the right candidates

Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment

Team-oriented with attention to detail
